About a decade ago, we started CareerSmart Learning with the goal of producing high quality online continuing education courses for licensed healthcare professionals. Early on, we realized that the quality of our courses was far superior to any of our competitors, and recognized that we could help other companies looking to improve corporate training by developing customized, scalable, mobile friendly training. We started with our parent company, ISYS Solutions, Inc., by taking their employee handbook and manuals and transformed their training from a series of binders into fully indexed, online, mobile friendly training modules. The results were so well received, and the cost savings were so great, that we decided to start developing training for other companies. Our goal is to transform your training to make it effective, fast, convenient and fun!
